Gotta Dance - Off Broadway
“Other highlights of the evening include a slick performance of “Cool” from Robbins’ West Side Story (1957), well-sung by Drew Minard as the Jets’ leader, Riff“ - Lisa Jo Sagolla Impressions
All I Need is the Girl” (Gypsy 1959- Jerome Robbins, choreography) in which Tulsa (Drew Minard) shares his dream act with the besotted Louise (Deanne Doyle), is charming. Minard sings, dances, and acts well, imbuing his character with youthful ambition and oblivious ego” - Alix Cohen
“Some of them you will happily recognize, like the first act closing number, "Cool" from West Side Story. with Drew Minard leading the company here. This is one of the better pieces on view. It holds up nicely as restaged by Robert La Fosse, and it is a highlight. The muscular dancing, coupled with Leonard Bernstein's dynamic music, even as performed by the show's talented but small, seven-member band, makes this a stand-out“ - Howard Miller
La Cage Aux Folles - Barrington Stage
“A sylphlike and astonishingly proficient ballerina.” - Jeannie Marlin Woods
Billy Elliot The Musical
"I’m still so overwhelmed by Drew's astounding portrayal that of yet I've been unable to find words to describe Drew's amazing achievement other than reverting to tired old clichés. "Hit it out of the park", "knocked down the walls", "home run", "nailed It" are all phrases among others that constantly came to mind as I watched this magnificent performer give a masterful performance.
Drew left the audience in no doubt that on stage he was Billy incarnated, the very embodiment of Billy in mind, spirit and body. A superbly talented performer with a superb future."
“He can change a stage into a magic show with his almost perfect interpretation of Billy. My god, thirteen years old...one can hardly believe what you've accomplished in your brief life time. Congrats...and thanks for all the joy you allowed me to experience from your performances. Never to be forgotten.”

Cherry On Top: AllExpanded Music Video
Our star, Drew Minard, is pure magic. He was on tour as Billy Elliot, so he can do it all. The most impressive thing about him though, and what I think everyone was in awe of, is his approach to his work and craft at such a young age. He is humble, positive, hungry to learn, super sweet, and delivered execution like someone you would expect to have 20 years of experience. It was an unforgettable experience to work with him.
